LANI EV, LLC ("LANI EV") warrants that each new LANI EV golf cart sold in the United States and assembled at the LANI EV facility in Tennessee will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined below.

Vehicle Component Warranty

The following components are covered under manufacturer warranty from the date of original retail purchase from an authorized LANI EV dealer:

Lithium Battery Warranty (OLELON ENERGY)

Battery Specifications: Manufacturer: Olelon Energy Model: 51.2V 105Ah LiFePO4 Battery Cell Type: EVE Grade A Cells Expected Cycles: ~3,500 cycles Design Life: ~10 years

Warranty Period	Coverage Terms
1-3 Years	FULL COVERAGE - Free replacement for any manufacturing defects or failure to maintain 60% of rated capacity
4-8 Years	PRORATED COVERAGE - Replacement cost shared based on age of battery. Customer pays prorated amount for new battery if capacity falls below 60% of rated capacity
Capacity Guarantee	MINIMUM 60% CAPACITY at the end of the 8-year warranty period under normal use conditions

Solar Panel Warranty

Solar Panel Specifications: LANI EV carts are equipped with high-efficiency bifacial solar panels. Specifications vary by model:

L2 Model: 430-440W (108-cell) bifacial panel
L2+2/L2UC Model: 540-590W (120-cell or 144-cell) bifacial panel

Panel manufacturer and exact specifications may vary by production location and availability. Warranty coverage is provided by the solar panel manufacturer and applies regardless of brand. The applicable panel manufacturer for your unit will be identified on your delivery documentation, and the applicable panel manufacturer's warranty document will be provided as part of your delivery packet.

Product Warranty	Minimum 12 Years - Coverage for defects in materials and workmanship (actual warranty terms provided by panel manufacturer)
Linear Power Warranty	Minimum 25 Years - Guaranteed minimum power output over the warranty period. Specific degradation rates and terms are provided by the panel manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover:
- Normal wear and tear: Tires, brake shoes, bushings, paint, and other consumable items.
- Improper operation: Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or operation outside manufacturer specifications.
- Unauthorized modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications not performed or authorized by LANI EV or an authorized service center, to the extent such alteration, repair, or modification caused or contributed to the failure or defect for which warranty coverage is sought.
- Environmental damage: Damage from external forces including but not limited to floods, fires, vandalism, or acts of nature.
- Improper maintenance: Failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules and procedures outlined in the owner's manual.
- Incorrect usage: Use in applications not intended for golf cart operation, including racing, off-road use, or commercial hauling beyond rated capacity.
Warranty Service & Claims Procedure

United States

To file a warranty claim:
1. Submit your warranty claim at www.laniev.com/warranty-claim or email support@laniev.com.
2. Provide proof of purchase, vehicle serial number, detailed issue description, and photos if applicable.
3. The LANI EV USA team will diagnose and approve or deny the claim within 2 business days.
4. If approved, LANI EV will provide replacement parts and coordinate repair through your authorized dealer or service center.
Coverage Terms:
- Parts: Covered 100% during the applicable warranty period.
- Labor: Year 1 covered at authorized service centers; Years 2-7 customer pays labor.
- Parts shipping: LANI EV pays outbound shipping within continental US; customer pays return shipping of defective parts. For Alaska and Hawaii: customer pays inbound shipping, LANI EV pays outbound.
- Vehicle transportation: Customer is responsible for transporting the vehicle to and from authorized service centers.
International (All Other Regions)

All international users should reference the international warranty document.
Limitations & Legal Disclaimers

THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY LANI EV.

LANI EV disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

LANI EV's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts. LANI EV shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use this product, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of revenue, or cost of substitute equipment.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Your warranty rights may also be affected by applicable state lemon laws and consumer protection statutes, and nothing in this warranty is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under such laws.
Warranty Administration

LANI EV reserves the right to make final determinations regarding warranty coverage. Component manufacturers (Xingtel, Olelon Energy, solar panel manufacturers) reserve their respective rights regarding their component warranties. LANI EV serves as the primary warranty administrator and will coordinate with component manufacturers as necessary.
